Model 752/755 Bi-directional Gate Valve

These bi-directional valves feature a two-piece bolt-on body construction that allows quick replacement of the peripheral seal when required. Series 755 valves are identical to the FIG 752 valves except the additional provision of polyurethane bore liner. This feature provides additional erosion protection to the body flow bore and is recommended for very abrasive slurry services

SIZES AVAILABLE: 50-600mm (2" to 24"); Full bore (same as Sch 40 pipe)

CAST IRON BODY: CWP 10 bar

STEEL BODY: CWP 10, 16 and 20 bar versions

FACE-TO FACE:
- CWP-10 & 16 bar: Complies with MSS SP-81
- CWP-20 bar: Proprietary

DRILLING: Available to suit most international flange standards

MATERIAL AVAILABILITY: Standard; others on request

BODY: Cast Iron, Ductile Iron, Steel, stainless steel (304, 316)

GATE: 304, 316 st. steel

SEAT / LEAKAGE: Resilient U-seal - Nitrile / Viton options; Zero leak

OPTIONS:
- Replaceable polyurethane body inserts
- Replaceable polyurethane bore liners (FIG 752 with this option is designated as FIG 755)

PACKING: PTFE syntex fiber with a nitrile QUAD layer standard; others on request

SUPERSTRUCTURE: Steel, epoxy painted

HANDWHEEL: Cast iron, epoxy painted
