Model 940 Knife Gate Valve

Model 940 features a full lug single piece cast stainless steel bodv to cater to the more demanding applications. This model can be used with the same functionality of flanged valves, including end-of-line applications. Model 940 has a cast superstructure designed to have optimum flexural rigidity. The superstructure also allows Interchangeability between manual and pneumatic actuators. Cast single-piece body design is more rugged and offer better leaktightness than fabricated or cast two-piece body valves: it is also superior to valves with cast body and stainless steel lining which are more susceptible to corrosive and erosive wear.

FACE-TO FACE: Complies with MSS SP-81 (upto 900mm (36") size)

DRILLING: To suit ANSI 150lb,AS 2129 Table D & E, DIN PN10 (others on some sizes)

MATERIAL AVAILABILITY: Standard; others on request

BODY: Steel, stainless steel (304, 316)
