The most vital ingredient in a VAAS valve is our determination to maintain the highest quality, consistently.Our manufacturing facilities, all located in the port city of Chennai in India is equipped with modern machinery and a team of highly skilled engineers and technicians. Most of the manufacturing is done in-house in the 2200 sq.m factory area, including critical operations such as gate grinding, machining of body and assembly and testing, to ensure consistent quality. The entire operation is linked to a quality assurance system offering high traceability and an ERP system to ensure operational efficiency.

VAAS is an ISO-9001:2000 certified company with other approvals such as CE/PED approval, GOST approval for some of its specific product ranges.
